About the event
The eighth edition of the OPEN Festival ignites a vibrant life in the squares of Mantua. Contemporary circus, with its extraordinary physical language and visual expressiveness, transcends disciplinary boundaries and opens up a lively and multifaceted worldview.
The live performances take place against the backdrop of urban spaces and the city's historical and architectural heritage: from the Loggia del Grano to Piazza LB Alberti, from Piazza Mantegna to the Rotonda di San Lorenzo, from Piazza Erbe to the Sottoportico dei Lattonai. This impressive festival offers the audience an immersive urban experience.
