Ihor Yakymenko
Artists of movement and music
Ihor Yakymenko grew up in a world of music and creativity, inspired by his father, who was a musician. This early connection to the stage profoundly shaped his life. As a child, he moved with his family to Berlin, where at the age of just 12 he began his journey into the world of dance at the renowned Berlin Ballet School.
After five intense years in the world of classical dance, Ihor discovered his passion for acrobatics. He followed this enthusiasm and, after another five years, completed his training at the State School of Artistic Performance in Berlin – one of the most prestigious institutions of its kind in Europe. Here he developed into a versatile artist who masterfully combines his skills in dance, acrobatics, and music.
Even during his studies, Ihor displayed an exceptional talent for multidisciplinary art forms. His work moves between urban aesthetics and theatrical expression, creating a distinctive fusion of body, movement, and sound.
Since graduating, Ihor has been a sought-after artist in variety and theater productions throughout Germany and Europe. Whether on the stage of a classical theater or in the vibrant atmosphere of modern urban shows, he impresses with his versatility, expressiveness, and passion.
With a unique combination of elegant dance, acrobatic precision, and musical sensitivity, Ihor Yakymenko embodies the fusion of tradition and innovation. His art is an invitation to experience movement and music anew.
